Possible Solution(s):
-Verify if other devices at the location can surf the internet, or if only a single device is experiencing problems.
- If only one device has connectivity trouble, please try rebooting that device and verifying all network settings and connections to it are correct.
- If you are usually connected wirelessly, please verify that you are connected to your wireless network with the correct username and password.
- If you are usually connected hard-wired, please verify ethernet cable from the device to the wall jack or back of the router is connected properly.
–Please try rebooting your modem (if on DSL), router, and device. Please allow 10 seconds upon turning off the device, before turning it back on.
-Please try verifying all cables to the back of the router or modem to the wall jack.
-If you have a third-party router such as Cisco, Linksys, Belkin, or D-Link, please try plugging the ethernet cable from the WAN or Internet port of the router straight up to a device, such as a laptop, to verify internet to the router. If bypassing your third-party router woks, please contact your wireless router vendor for support.
-If none of the above solutions fix your issue, please contact Technical Support at 931-405-3310 or email us at Support.
Possible Solution(s):
-If you have a dual-band router (shows a regular network and a 5G version of the network), please try to connect to the 5G wireless network. This network is capable of much faster speeds. Please note: Not every device may be able to see this 5G network, due to hardware limitations of that device. The device would need to be 802.11ac compatible to be able to see the 5G network.
-If you are testing using a wired connection, please make sure the cable and device are capable of gigabit speeds (1000 mb/s). Ethernet cables should be CAT 5e or CAT 6. The device used for testing should have a 10/100/1000 NIC (Network Interface Card).
